What data we collect and why
- Demo requests and enquiries: if you fill in the form or write to us, we use the name, company name, phone number and email address you provide only to reply and to arrange a demo or a quotation.
- Technical data: as on any website, the server briefly logs technical data about visits (such as IP address, time and browser type) to keep the site secure.
We process this data at your request and based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
The teherkapu.hu product pages do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data is passed to third parties when you visit. For the cookies used by the Teherkapu web application, see the notice available in the application.
How long we keep data and who receives it
We keep enquiry data for up to 1 year after the enquiry is closed (or for the duration of a contract, if we sign one), and server logs for up to 30 days.
We do not sell or share your data; only our hosting provider has access to it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to give you a copy, or to correct or delete it, and you can object to its processing. Just write to info@raabdigital.hu. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Hungarian NAIH.
Other
Use of the Teherkapu web application is covered separately by the notice available in the application and by our contracts with customers. This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
